I love the convenience the kiosk. The only drawback was that the keys weren’t available at the kiosk and had to be mailed. Keys are good quality and work better than our originals.

This particular machine crashed halfway through making a second key. Called customer service at 4pm and reached a voicemail box telling me their service hours are weekdays from 8am to 1am. Guess I'll just call this a loss.
