I ordered the bacon , egg, ham breakfast sandwich and hash brown. The drive thru way fast and pretty empty at 4pm. My cashier was polite and my food was fast but greasy! Still good and I enjoyed the taste so I was pretty satisfied.

I feel like the service could have been a bit faster it seemed like the drive thru person wasn't quite up to the challenge of taking orders and making drinks at the same time but he was very friendly and polite maybe just needs to back up somebody that is topnotch at drive thru position to pick up some pointers on how to improve speed

Usually happy with JinBox, however, this visit was a major disappointment! My friend & I ordered at drive-thru. She was very specific about how she wanted her burger, and repeated to confirm. Success?? NO. Got to house...they gave her a completely different sandwich! I ordered same burger, however, didn't realize they're putting Ketchup & Mustard on the Ultimate Cheeseburgers now...yuck!

I go through their drive through a few times a month. The drive through is usually very busy but the line moves fast. The burgers are usually great but about half of my orders contained French fries that were cold and hard.
