After hearing how the front counter staff bad mouths me and spreads rumors to other customers I am leaving another review. I guess the truth from a previous review sparked some animosity. Hearing that I didn't give Stereo King the opportunity to resolve issues they caused is false. My vehicle went back 6 times for issues. Most recently the battery kept dying and had to be jump started until the issue was resolved. I couldn't take the car back since it wouldn't start. I also couldn't miss work to take it in first thing Monday morning. Also, why trust someone a 7th time when they keep causing issues. Now that I've taken my vehicle elsewhere the front count staff feels it's appropriate to bad mouth me, call me a liar, and spread rumors among other customers who know me, or maybe some of them don't know me. Solution - resetting the Viper Alarm System since the battery died so all sensors were online and communicating with the control unit (brain). Once the sensors were registered and active the dome light worked again and the rear hatch power lock functions properly. The truth is, problems were caused by Stereo King with my car. When I called for help I was told I'd have someone call me back. They never called me back though. This happened repeatedly with every issue I need resolved. How can I give someone an opportunity to fix an issue if they can't return a phone call?

I went here for both my wife's and my vehicles to get gear installed. While they are first come first serve with service, they still have a great turn around time and have a lot of knowledgeable people. 5/5 stars I plan to return soon to pour more money into my car!
