I have an abscess tooth I've been nursing for a week waiting until today to find out when they were going to pull it. I get there today and they do x-rays of that side and then tell me they don't extract teeth themselves. They gave me a paper with my information as well as a dentist that does surgery to extract teeth. They tries to call but said the new dentist may not open until 9 am. That I should call them and tell them that the dentist at Monarch Dental said that I needed to have my tooth pulled and that it's an emergency and needs to be done today. Gave a recommendation for an implant for possible future needs. And I left feeling even more nervous because now I have to call them and tell them they need to do it today but they might be too busy and I do not want to be awake for it . Oh man, nervous but have to do it. Just thought it strange I needed to call to set it up and that I wasn't given more options for others, since it's an emergency.... The location was very clean and nor overcrowded. The staff were kind and very helpful. The service was very fast I was in and out in record time.
