Likes to sell things that dont work sometimes and tries to act like you didnt buy it from her when i have the transaction on my phone second time it happened Edit in response: Ive bought two mods from this store, both were defective out of the box. First time i was told to contact the company that sells to get a refund. Second time was today, shop owner told me she never sold me this mod when i have the transaction on my phone. After owner was proven wrong that the mod was from her store she then said there was a no return policy and pointed to a tiny sign up by the ceiling in the left corner.

No refund on cards and they didn't inform of such before purchase. Poor service, dirty store, and the attendant lied about refunds. Had my proof iof purchase from a few minutes ago in my hot little hand.

They sell terrible quality, unsafe, knockoff vapes that will misfire and blow up on you. They even ask you to test them immediately. Purchased two new ecigs a week ago, neither worked and I had to replace before even leaving premises. The one that did work eventually started firing on its own for minutes at a time. Employees are very rude and disrespectful when confronted with video evidence. I was even called a liar and a cheat when I had proof. Very dishonest people working there. Will not be returning and steering all of my friends away. 👎

Very Clean store. Staff is very helpful. I always got a great welcome from the female employee and the old man who works there. There are very nice. I always gets the things of my choice. As being a regular customer she know my choice that i really appreciate. I love to visit this place everytime
