Great rooms, location is awesome and away from everything yet not far from the local town with food considering there's nothing really close to the hotel but the restaurant there's awesome and kind.. They could upgrade the place and the surrounding area and the pool being open would've been nice.. otherwise not much to do especially with no alcohol to buy close to the hotel..we came from California arriving late and everything closed so we had no dinner and what water we had so we just had to go to sleep.We came via motorcycle and rode Bryce canyon and Zion during r stay but we had to really calculate where to eat n gas up being nothing is close to the hotel.

The staff were all very nice. I stayed two nights and glad I did because the first night the people in other rooms were very loud but the second night I had different "neighbors " and it was a very quiet enjoyable night. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom definitely needs improvement. The owners have changed and I understand in October the facility will become housing for Brianhead employees. The bistro was open for lunch and dinner but I didn't eat there.

**NO free breakfast anymore** I booked this place specifically because I saw all the photos with a hot breakfast included and… come to find out they’ve done away with that. What a shame. This should really be rated a 1 star hotel. My room was stinky and muggy… creaky floors & thin walls. Not many towels & the shower water gets everywhere because they don’t put curtain liners in it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The entire place is a bit run down. It was only $50 but I thought I was getting breakfast too, so, NOT worth it in the end.

The hotel was not as advertised. The room smelled good but was not fully cleaned. There was no toilet paper on the roll, the trash was not emptied, the coffee pot had old coffee in it, no cups with the coffee pot. Our reservations stated free breakfast, the restaurant was closed and no breakfast was provided. No one was ever available at the front desk for questions. Disappointed with our stay.
