Always order pick up here. The wings taste good, personally I like the Mango habanero sauce on the wings and tenders. At the time of writing this review, there is a special 20 boneless wings for 15.99/-. I think it’s definitely worth the money you are spending and more.

Literally worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have worked in the service industry for my entire adult like and all I asked for was 2 extra sauces and I will put for whatever and they said they could absolutely not do that and then cancelled my order. I wasn’t even being rude. Worst service ever.

Missing items more than once. They put me on hold for over 8 minutes when I called to tell them about it. When I decided to hang up and try again no one picked up, phone didn't even ring, just an automatic voice message saying to call back later. I needed to contact them asap because my ubereats driver decided he would drive back to get the missing drink, then after he left I saw that wingstop didn't give me the sides I ordered either. I wanted to get a hold of them (wingstop) before he arrived, because I had no way to contact my driver... I actually work for a restaurant myself, so it makes me really frustrated when customers are ignored this way, especially when it's a customer who is trying to be nice and understanding with them. Accidents happen, but being careless is a choice. Again. This has happened more than once, so I guess by this point I shouldn't give them any more chances. When I have ordered from this wingstop in person, the orders have been messed up too. The people at the counter were always nice, but what's going on??

Waited 45 minutes while we shopped. Worth it at this popular location. Sauces were yummy and both bone In and bone Less Wings were cooked well and served hot.
