I have been meaning to write this review for a while and would give more stars if possible. Shane, Ryan and the whole team at Stone's Garage are rock solid. I have been taking my VW to the team since 2013 and have received incredible service, honesty, reasonable pricing (for German made), and quick work the whole time. Stone's Garage consistently makes customer service a priority as well as superior diagnosing and servicing. Shane genuinely cares about the person driving the car and his whole team are dedicated to ensuring they make it right if there is an issue. A great group that I cannot recommend enough.

Amazing customer service. My daughter chose Seattle for her university years; and for her third and fourth years, she drove a '99 VW Beetle. Stone's was a reliable, friendly, highly competent place for us to bring it both times before we had her drive it back to Michigan for the summer. This old car has now completed 2 successful 4800-mile trips back and forth between Michigan and Seattle without incident. Stone's did an excellent job with the car, but they also went above and beyond and took the time to get to know our daughter, and by the time she graduated, they were looking at it with concern for her safety as much as for the car itself. One very grateful dad gives Stone's German Garage five gold stars.
