Always find that there is something off when I go in here. I bought a zero gravity chair from this store last summer and there was a part missing from it. I had to go back and tell the manager about the missing part. We went back and looked at the other chairs and I found the missing part. They didn't even so much as apologize about this. Also the employees here are usually mouthy and impolite. I've never had an encounter here with an employee, who wasn't a manager, that wasn't rude.

Well run Big Lots with clean, open aisles and a nicely organized selection. We appreciated the single queue approach to checkout.

Had the item I was looking for as I purchased online for store pick up. Great deals on their after Christmas sale. Store was unorganized as they are moving items around to prepare for Valentine's decorations and candy. Salespeople weren't the friendliest.
