I always go here to get my haircut. Everyone is so nice and does a great job. The best stylist is Taylor! She always cuts my hair before any important event! Thanks, Taylor!!

I have been visiting this shop over ten years. Overall, employees were focused, kind and there to help. Minimual wait times and organized check-in. Sad to say, over the past four months it is very evident these basic elements are gone. Constant turn over of stylists, confusion at check in and the focus seems to be on everything other than the person waiting for service. I'm sitting here, patiently waiting for my turn. One hour and ten minutes into it, this is my last visit.

Normally, I have always had a good haircut from this location. The last time I went, however, I had an Indian lady who must've been newer to the shop, since I haven't seen her in the months I've gone to this location. I showed her a picture of a pixie cut that wasn't asymmetrical but unfortunately, got an asymmetrical haircut anyway. In addition, she lost my earring from my cartilage piercing because she kept hitting the piercing every time she combed my hair (She hit it roughly five times before the earring fell out and we couldn't find it). Lastly, when she was trimming up the back of my hair, she messed up the hair line and made it come to three points. She said she did this so I "didn't look like a boy". When I went back into the store to get it fixed after looking at it in the car, she replied "That's why I asked you if you liked how it looked." I'm normally not one to go back in after leaving the store, but I didn't think I could fix it myself, since it was the back of my hair and not the front. Overall, I haven't had bad previous experiences but this one was pretty awful. The lady didn't give me a receipt or I would've gone back a different day to have it fixed. Unfortunately, I'll be going to a different place to get my hair cut from now on.

These girls do an AMAZING job on cutting hair. When it comes to people doing my hair, I'm really picky. I believe the one girls name is Jamie, and not once, but twice has cut my hair to perfection. The other girl (who has black and pastel blue hair) did an amazing job as well. These girls definitely know what they're doing, you won't be disappointed.
