I use to go here ever since I was a young teen. We have had our family reunion here for years but today they lost a valuable customer. I went today to relax and there was no where to sit as a family of 4. So I moved 2 lounge chairs into the grass area so the family could sit together. Sat about an hour and a gaurd came and told me I couldn't have them on the grass. And the attitudes are ubserd . Anyways I told them I was leaving and coming to mon veiw and they said your not allowed to move the chairs there either. So when I came I asked and was told all of our chairs are in the grass but you can put them wherever you want to. Hurray for mon veiw

Great little park I do not live in the area but have a camp I visit not far from the park. We usually stop with the kids on the way to camp for a while and the way home. Kids have a great time so do we..

My kids and I love it!! So much better than point marion or masontown parks. It has 2 separate playgrounds, I think the bottom one is a little smaller, or maybe just for smaller kids. There's a nice bike/walking trail that goes around the whole park which is pretty big. There's a tennis court, basketball court, baseball & soccer field. The top playground is right below the pool, which we also love going to in the summer. Its inexpensive and nice for the whole family! It has a whole separate kitty pool, but the big pool goes up from either 3 or 4 ft and has a couple little slides for small kids, one big tube slide for older kids/adults and a diving board. I'd rate this park 10 stars if I could.
