Honestly, Wade, Liam and Sarah made the torturous task of appeasing my techie ski clients far easier than I expected. Their knowledge, kindness, reasonable approach and just plain decency in finding the right equipment and fantastic deals made the nightmare a dream. I was Genuinely impressed with each young person- such a trio-gold in an era when service manners are all but lost was a slam dunk. I shop here consistently. This is a genuine review, and I’ I’m Writing it because they deserve it. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for help and you shall receive....10 Fold.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff is so nice! I stopped by on my way to Meadows because someone had stolen my seasonal rental ski poles which I had rented from the Portland location. I wanted to buy a cheap used pair for the rest of the season and planned on paying the fee for the ones I had lost. They didn't have any used poles in my size, so the guy in the rental shop just gave me one a pair to keep! Really awesome they were so sympathic and I was able to return my seasona rental without having to pay for the lost poles. Who the heck steals rental poles?! When next season roles around I'll definitely remember the solid they did for me and purchase new skis from them.

Michael in the ski shop did an amazing job with installing a new boa cable on my 32 snowboard boot! Great work and quick turnover. Highly recommend coming to this shop for friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable staff. 👍

Just came in to get my boots heat molded I got to work with John and it was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in any retail store ever. He was super friendly, accommodating and I’m pretty new to the whole snowboard wave and I didn’t feel judged at all he answered all my questions without a second thought and didn’t hesitate to explain a few more things about properly lacing up boots. All in all I’m never gonna go to another snowboard/ski shop ever again and I live 40 miles away good customer service is hard to find now a days. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone beginner or experienced to grab gear or get gear dialed in. Very fair pricing as well!
