It took them 5 months to repair my laptop then tried to overcharge me. They quoted the price for the repair. Told me that they would basically have to completely rebuild the laptop. After 2 months of no word, I check back in and they told me the parts that would need to be ordered and I paid the deposit as asked. (First time being asked for it) and they only just then ordered the parts which would take about 4-6 weeks to come in. After they started, one of the parts they ordered did not fit and they needed to reuse an old part which they said would work fine. But if it worked fine then why did you order a replacement part??? After it was put together, they told that the video graphics card (?) is dated and would need to be replaced for basically the same price as the entire repair altogether and would double my initial quote but without it, I wouldn't be able to run video games on the computer. I am so glad that I didn't fall for that, because the computer runs video games just fine. Shame on your for trying to take advantage of someone that doesn't know computers.

I was skeptical at first due to poor communication with front desk. I changed my opinion after having my issues be resolved by their top notch tech. I needed files for a personal project from the lap top and was emailed the files by the tech while waiting for parts to arrive. My respect to A-1 Computers. They went above and beyond expectations.

They were great about customer service and I think they are knowledgeable about most things but they weren't able to fix my zoom issues which was the main reason I took it in. But I must say, my computer runs so much better. It's fast, like it's new.

Nice, clean store. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, very knowledgeable and took time out of his busy day to thoroughly discuss the status of my computer and his recommendations for how I should proceed. Much appreciated.
