This was a surprise. It's an older motel however, the rooms have been remodeled and it was spotleas. The bathroom was really nice (I'd like mine at home to be a nice). The towels are luxurious and the complimentory soap was different and had a nice smell. ) Our room had a window in front and back (and both could be opened for a breeze) which I enjoy when I travel. The room also had a small fridge and microwave. I was impressed with the room and will be back.

Best view and great price! This motel is clean. It has a great pool. There are lots of seating areas outside. The staff is friendly. You cannot smoke on the property. However you have two off property areas that are accessible.

I have never stayed at a place this scale that has all of the amenities of a major hotel. From the outdoor spaces including the pool area, the grilling area, and the various well thought out seating spaces around the motel, in addition to a basketball court, horseshoe set, and even a sand box with toys, I was thoroughly impressed with the thought and dedication that the owners put into the guest experience. Should you need ice, laundry, or anything else, it has all been taken care of. The rooms were well appointed and clean, with a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and flat screen tv, plenty of quality towels as well. The location is superb for Petersburg, being nearby to the various outdoor attractions of the area. Pricing was extremely reasonable for all that was to offer; should I ever be back in the area I will return without question.
