Nothing but positive comments for the staff at Solomon. My truck had a problem with the Diesel Exhaust System and the computer started limiting how fast I could drive. I was on a trip towing a camper. Other shops said that they had up to a 3 week backlog before they could even look at my vehicle. Bethany at Solomon was able to get me an appointment the next day. The mechanic, Ray, was excellent in diagnosing the problem and repairing the system. The service manager, Rick, contacted me several times to keep me informed and updated. (I hope I got the names correct).

Not only did he help and make the car buying experience so easy, he made it the best one yet! He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, answered my questions, took my calls and texts and returned them quickly. What really sticks out is he never treated me like I was a sale or number. He treated me like a person (being female and buying a car, again across the country).
