A great place to learn about Seaside, Oregon and all its history. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice small museum shows the history of Seaside interestingly and colorfully. Welll curated by Steve Wright who gave us a tour of the beautiful Butterfield cottage. A must see for all visitors! Entry cost - Donations.
Mack Pines
Great museum. Free admission, donations are welcomed. Super friendly volunteers.

Very interesting facts and the host of the museum was very kind. He even found records of a cousin-in-law's ancestor who helped with the first lumber mill and was in the city counsel.

Probably around 1906. Here's a recent article from our local newspaper: https://www.seasidesignal.com/opinion/seen-from-seaside/seen-from-seaside-clark-kent-looks-for-a-phone-booth/article_1e52cd82-87b8-11e9-add2-17ea3254d776.html
We simply ask for a donation of any amount to help offset our expenses and are grateful for whatever you are able to give.
