Beautiful sunny Thursday afternoon, 91 degrees. Ice cream machine is "being cleaned". Terrible business practices. I'd cut them a break but this location rarely has a functioning Ice cream machine.

The young man who waited on us was so nice. Had a beautiful smile and was very gracious to us older folks. We were there later at night and he brought a coffee out and put up with our silly jokes. What a nice experience.

They are currently just getting back to normal after there busy season with the RenFaire you very likely just got a lot,of salt or the extra fry bit on the bottom.
