Sad, pathetic park that is in poor condition. Absolutely no upkeep. No garbage cans, broken concrete sidewalks are dangerous.

This place spans roughly 14.6 miles that you can actually drive your vehicle on. If you plan to do this, please be aware of how to drive in sand. Air tires down, don’t park where your vehicle starts to sink, watch out for obstacles, people and animals. Speed limit is 25mph but I usually go slower to enjoy the view. During high tide the water comes up high enough that portions of the beach are impassable by car. Recommend 4x4 with recovery straps and shovels. If you get stuck most people will stop to assist you and their are also the Son’s of Beaches that roam the area to help stuck vehicles. Aside from that it’s a wonderful place to check out the ocean and have a nice little fire. Be careful in the water and know your limits. Also check out the ship wreck down by Fort Stevens. Cheers and have fun

The better of the beaches near seaside. You can actually drive on this beach which is way nicer then lugging your stuff across the beach.

A beautiful secluded beach with great access (especially if you have four wheel drive). Lots of shells for the kids to find and clean beaches to play in. We were even treated to a decaying California sea lion that washed up recently. I mean really, you can't make that sort of stuff up. Sorry, no pics of that.

IT its a great place
Yes, but be careful after the busy 4th of July, the approaches maybe very soft. Best if you have a four wheel drive, but the key to not getting stuck in the sand is to.let some air out of your tires, this makes your tires wider and less likely to sink.
There is no overnight camping allowed on any of the beaches in Clatsop County.
No
I want it for a tattoo yes very small sign i will try that
There is a parking lot though you may get asked to move if there is a no over-night sign. Which is not allowed on the beach, nor recommended, except during daylight hours. The approach is groomed often but can be rough in the dark.
There can be Low tide at sunrise After a storm is best
I have a number of vehicles on the beach, including trucks with trailers. Don't know about fire restrictions.
No. Its day use only...but i know some people spend the night. Police patrol very regularly
I would say Fort Steevens in Hammond. They have a campground, cabins and there is also a KOA very close.
No its not a park its a drive on beach where you can stop have a camp fire enjoy the ocean and the company that you bring.
