My Service Advisor was Sean. He took care of my vehicle and let me know everything that was wrong with it (as I didn’t purchase at Portland BMW). He made some recommendations and my vehicle is in perfect condition now. I am very pleased with the service and glad they were able to provide a loaner vehicle as it took a while to fix the issues. We had been interested in purchasing a BMW for some time but with the current market and little availability at dealerships, it was proven difficult to navigate finding the best option for us. When purchasing a car of this caliber, we wanted to be able to test drive the desired model as well as see an option in person. We had visited another BMW location in the area and it wasn’t as inviting as BMW Portland. From the sales associates desire to assist, to answering questions, Wade was a breath of fresh air. He was comfortable to talk to, focused on our needs in our next vehicle and very informative on what to expect from each model, series, package, etc. The other dealership basically told us to put down a deposit and they’d call us when a vehicle came in or custom order a vehicle on your own at home, and never called us or reached out to say thank you for the visit. We expected more from a BMW dealership. We kept an eye out online for availability and walked in to BMW Portland with the intention of getting assistance with custom order options. Wade walked us through every model and series and we were able to determine exactly what we wanted. With Wades’ help, we got very lucky finding the perfect vehicle on the day of, after spending a lot of time looking on our own months prior. I’m very excited to start my BMW journey! Thank you Wade!

I called ahead and spoke with an Advisor to make sure I knew what needed to be done and the costs. I purchased the car used and it had its oil changed 3 months before my service appointment. I elected not to change it again and was quoted less than two hundred for the rest of the service. I arrived, dropped off the car, and waited ten minutes for the advisor to find me. When he did, he told me they already did the vehicle inspection and it would be $100 on top of my service and that there was no way for them to reset the oil reminder without changing the oil which would cost an additional $200. In total they tried to get $300 above what they quoted me. The service agent insisted on knowing who I spoke with by phone. It took three times saying I didn’t know before he stopped asking. He definitely cared more about the upsell than honesty, integrity, and customer service. It’s a good thing there is another BMW dealership a few miles up Highway 26. I don’t know if they are any better, but they will get my business next time something needs to be done…or a third party location. On a positive note, the dealership was beautiful and clean.

Yes we are!
I believe they charge 1 hour of time and their hourly rate was just over 200. If you just need codes read, most any shop and even some parts stores will do it for less and some of them for free.
