Great place to eat, great vibes. This is a great spot to get some good food, it comes out quick and comes in big portions as well. Gio was very helpful and polite when he was assisting me. I will definitely be coming back here!!! (Highly recommended)

This place used to be so good. I don’t know what changed but it’s so much worse now. Constantly out of stuff. Can never get what I want. Lady up front (I would assume the manager) was very short with me, and was being really terrible with the other person up front who I think she was training. Marked my order as ready even though it wasn’t, so I went there and ended up waiting like 10 minutes. Soda machine had no ice and was out of half the drinks. Hope it improves soon, used to love this place.

1pm on a Tuesday, open but not taking orders. Specialty restaurant wants a unique crowd, yet turns them away at the door. I'm more than happy to take my business to someone willing to work for it. Staff member interacting with public lacks anything resembling customer service. As a small business owner, I would not allow this attitude to represent my business!

4 meals. Waited an hour for food. Pretzel was awesome. Sandwiches and fries came out room temp. The young lady taking orders and serving was great
