We have been living in this apartment complex for over a year now. We are happy with the community and the new management has tried to address any issues that we've had. Recently we were asked to move from our unit to another unit since they needed to fix an issue within the unit we were living in. The management paid the bill for our move and also gave us a gift card to cover moving supplies. They have always gone above and beyond to resolve issues as they arrive. We love it here and our daughters love the pool :) Thanks to Jordan and Katherine at the office.

Terrible!! I can hear everything from my neighbors through the walls and the management makes you jump through hoops just to file a noise complaint. Management also never answers the phone or responds to email. There’s never anywhere to park. It makes no sense that in this small of a complex, the residents don’t have assigned parking. They make no attempt to build relationship with residents. Trash is always piled up and there is an ongoing issue with the compactor. Would not recommend

I love my apartment just hate that you can hear my neighbors whole conversation and I also hate the it's one trash compactor that's always broken and for the price a washer and dryer should come with the unit. And our only choice in internet service is AT&T 🙄
