Dave was so helpful! I wanted to switch over from Verizon and he walked me through the process, set up my devices, and even gave me a basic run down on the new phone. Great experience I highly recommend this store.

Dave T. Is a crook. I went to AT&T hoping to go from 170 a month to 68 by switching providers. Knowing the first month will be slightly higher for connection fees. I did the order online and brought in the receipt. He completely redid the order and “upgraded” my plan from the basic to elite without my knowledge, added insurance, protection services and upgrade early to my account. None of which were communicated or I would have turned it down. I went in the next day and he said “weird it went to elite.” Yeah real weird… I was surprised to see a bill for 165 today and see all the additions… I might as well stayed with my old provider who has amazing customer service!!! I cancelled and returned everything there’s a 55 restock fee for devices within 14 days and you have to pay the first full month no matter what. My 6 days with AT&T is the worst!!!! Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!!!! Dakota helped me return my phone he seemed to really care and was quick with what he does. He was also friendly helping the other customers and staff.

Absolutely terrible business practices run at this store. The store manager (David) lied to my wife about her phone being paid off (it wasn’t), transferred the last installments to our daughters line, opened a new line. Now we are paying for 4 lines with 3 new iPhones, but don’t have the new phone with the new line. Then, we were told the store has to fix it, but the store (David, again) said there is nothing he can do (or is lying and refusing to help). Customer service can’t help, apparently no one can help. I’ll be submitting a BBB complaint against this store as well.

Kenneth they do not carry any DirecTV equipment. They can sign you up or service existing accounts.
