Ordered two hours ahead and driver l (Pam) was still late. (We live literally a quarter mile away). She must have been having a bad day cuz she was still rude after a 20% tip. The stuffed crust pizza was so disgusting my husband threw 3/4 that was left away. The toppings were sparse & fell off because it was so soggy. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because bbq wings were tasty. I've ordered from PJ for years but I'm afraid this is the last time.

The last time I had a PapaJohns pizza it was very good. My pizza of choice is the philly cheesesteak. Previously this pizza was hot, flavorful, and topped nicely. However, my most recent experience was awful. My Cheesesteak was prepped with red sauce, no onions or peppers, and a very small amount of steak. This particular location has been good to me, but this time I was let down. At $17.00 for a medium pizza, This shouldn't be happening. This location has lost my business for the unforeseeable future.

Had a very unusual issue ordering pizza on their website, somehow it's difficult to tell the browser which store is "Your Store" ... so when I ordered at 11pm at night they routed the delivery to a store that was closed and set the delivery at 11am the next day. Most of the website behavior did not explain this all very well. Anyway, Will who was working that shift (Manager) took care of the entire issue perfectly, thank you Will! Pizza was very good actually and the charge to my credit card was fixed within 12 hours, good job on the issue fixes as well! But yah Will knows how to handle things, this is for sure! Big ups! Respect!

Pizza is good but they put way too much sauce by the crust. Also are very inconsistent with sizes. I paid $14 for a large pizza and they couldn’t have given me bigger than a medium. It was hardly bigger than my little sisters hand. Also it was an unmarked box which I’m never seen at papa John’s
