Store 1212 has only 4 showers. Cleaning them promptly is not a priority here. 3 of the showers were dirty and empty and no one cleaning them. There were 3 people ahead of me wait. The person 2nd in line has been waiting 45 min. I asked at the desk if they had someone that could clean them. It took over 20 minutes for them to get someone cleaning. This is not the first time at this Pilot that this has occurred.

This place is an embarrassment, like seriously it really is; I will be calling and reporting this place! And I will keep doing it every day because for ONE!!! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KICK OUT ANYONE!!! THIS IS A “SAFE HAVEN” FOR TRAVELERS AND GUESTS. So for all the “employees” or so called “security guards” kicking people out. Do some research or get some real training on Truck stops! If everyone is looking to stay the night or rest here, please I advise you NOT TOO!

They (drivers) have always been very kind and generous towards the homeless or less fortunate when it comes to donating a shower. I personally have had to ask in the recent past and never had a bad experience with anyone here. Always willing to help when they can. Nice to see kind human beings still exist hard to come by in a normal inner city situation . I am speaking from experience
Well when I was there every1 treated me with the utmost respect. But then again I'm 6'4" and I weigh about 300lbs and I keep a mean look on my face. I'm not mad it's just a defense mechanism. Overall I can't complain. I just love the Pizza Hut they hv there, especially the Chicken Alfredo

It is against health code to wash anything in a hand sink. You should have taken them to the restaurant they would have washed them for you.

Shower cost is 15 dollars but if you are enrolled in the my Flying j/Pilot reward program is free. You can download the app stop by any Flying J or Pilot location and get a free card every time you get fuel you get points thats how you get shower credits.
This Pilot Gas Station is located off the exit of Craig Rd off of the I-15. If you are going north bound then it's passed the I-95. I hope this helps!
This Pilot required all "out of area" customers wanting to fuel with a card to go inside to the fuel desk. Tell them how much you want to put in, $, and they will set the pump for you. A little inconvenient, but it works.
