Most Subway restaurants dont let you call in an order anymore. Not only did Kate take my order over the phone tonight she was very pleasant over the phone. When I came in to get my food her demeanor was great and her customer service was exceptional! And even more so.... I think she made the best salad I've ever had from a Subways restaurant, hands down. I tried calling to thank her but didnt get an answer. Hope she sees this!

Don't waste your time making an online order. I ordered at 7:05. Email said it would be ready for pickup at 7:25. My husband has been there since 7:20. It is now 7:41 and they're just now starting it!
