The service was excellent. Although the rooms are extremely dated, and the beds are super uncomfortable! I did a lot of tossing and turning throughout the night. Unless you are staying for more than a week, there will be no bed service to clean the room. Luckily we only stayed one night. You are able to control the air conditioning from the room with the old school window unit, which is a plus, and it gets super cold!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Chula Vista was great. The room and service exceeded all expectations and we were very pleased with the strength of the stream coming out of the shower head. Even my young daughter was impressed. We will definitely recommend to others and stay at this hotel again should the need arise.

Everyone has been courteous. Their breakfast was surprisingly great. My room was very clean. Only peeve: no plug on my bedside for C-Pap.

Like I always say" dont judge the book by its cover" people very friendly working there. Close location for everything which is a plus for us. Def will rebook again but this time with the kids. Rooms were clean and organized. Only negative thing about our stay is the elevator is a bit slow to go up or down and card reader had a few issues but it got resolved. Thanks to Victor and his people. Thank you and see you next time.
