Found this shop through Instagram, contacted Kim through her personal account to make an appointment because I really liked her work. She responded very quickly, and I was able to get exactly the manicure I wanted for prom. She did it very quickly as well! And she was very nice throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming here any time I’m getting my nails done :)

I had been going to a nail tech there by the name of Kim for several months, the last appointment I had I had to cancel, I gave more than a 24 hour notice that I could not make it, when I call to schedule the next appointment I was told that Kim said she couldn’t see me there anymore. Also my daughters had future appointments and she canceled those as well. Then she canceled my sisters appointments too. I was always on time or early, always courteous, and tipped well for my entire family. Never had a problem until she changed shops. I have to believe it’s because we are black. The last time my husband and I were there the owner stood against the wall in the back and watched us. We normally got the deluxe pedicure, they did not offer, just gave us the quickest service to get us out. Beware of how you may be treated here!

I’m really disappointed from the new owners! I was a client over a year and send all over my friend to this place because I really like the way they do the nails, I became to be a mum for a baby three months and in the last one month I try to schedule many times appointment and I couldn’t come because the babysitter declined in the last minute so finally today I make it and come to the appointment in 15 minutes late and in the end after they didn’t do the full set then I want because a late 15 minutes supposably, I didn’t got a full set I don’t only my hands just colour then I came to pay the gear on the front told me they they’re not going to accept me as a customer because I’m late and cancel my appointment that’s rude and not respecting to your old client you know some things like this happen the people schedule and they not come but from here and there to your planet not to come there anymore that’s ridiculous so the place that you know till now like me it’s not the same place anymore really really disappointed! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
