I usually get the Okinawa, 50%ice and 50% sweet. Very good, and they let trained dogs inside of course don't bring in your super excited dog that barks and like to jump up on people. Their waffles sweets are pretty tasty. I don't like much of the artificial or powdery tasting stuff also on the menu, many boba places have these so my rating isnt for those.

Probably one of the better boba places in SE Portland. I appreciate that you can substitute to non-dairy milks and enjoy their milk teas. The space is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Their menu has a large variety of drinks and flavors. I look forward to visiting them again.

Located in next to a park of food trucks. I went in with little expectation and ordered the typical Boba milk tea. The Boba was chilly and fresh, but the milk tea was a little too sugary when I ordered it as-is. I know this is customizable but personally thought this as-is order was too sugary. The sugar level was as if I ordered an extra sugar at other places such as Coco or Sharetea. In general the boba milk tea was still tasty so I get four-stars.
