Worst possible service. Purchased a fireplace in October, 2021 and did not receive a remote control that was included in the paid package. Rick from the service department called numerous times with false promises that someone would come to deliver/install the remote but that never happened. Attempted to reach the store several times but they are either busy all the time or have a practice in place that you must leave a message for someone to call you back, rather than answering the phone when you call. Needless to say, this has been the most unpleasant experience we've had with a fireplace/hot tub store. Their personnel did not stand by their promise and failed to address an issue generated by lack of proper oversight. I do not recommend this store, please do your research before you commit to purchase. What they tell you when you are about to swipe that card, is not what they deliver.

I am a regular customer at this location and was very disappointed at the price hike for some of their products. I was looking for a jet vacuum to clean the bottom area of our pool. The price was $29.99 at onetime but currently is selling at $49.99 at Aqua Rec’s. Don’t wait until last minute or you pay the inflated price. Amazon had it for way less but I needed it today😩 WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ALWAYS!

We had the best experience with Clint in purchasing our swim spa! He was VERY knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to build their outdoor living space. Rick was AWESOME setting up delivery to ensure we had the spa here in time for our twin 11 year olds birthday party! John and the rest of the delivery crew were great and friendly. John even offered to take a sample of our water back to the shop and test it and let us know exactly what chemicals were needed for our new swim spa. Way to go Aqua Rec team! Bought my gas insert from them years ago & quickly realized their incompetence & lack of communication. After installation, the tech didn't offer to remove the black screen & the top brick baffle was cracked so they scheduled to come back. Night before appt they call to say they lost paperwork & don't know why they're coming out so I ask if that means they didn't order the new baffle kit. They assure me it's there but when they arrive, it's the wrong kit. Fast forward to 2017 & one of the ceramic logs is cracked so I call & they say it's under warranty so they'll order a new kit. They warn me shipping ($25) & labor is not covered so I tell them I can replace the logs myself & I approve the $25 shipping. They say they'll call me when it's in & to bring the old logs in when I pick them up. 2 months go by & no call so I check in & they say it hasn't been ordered because they're waiting for payment for shipping. I told Caleb NOBODY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY AHEAD OF TIME & he said "I'm telling you now." It's now getting cooler & much time has been wasted so I'm not happy! When they place the order, the manufacturer says "it's a good thing you called because there's a 25 day lead time for this log kit." I told Caleb to cancel the order at this point. I have no confidence in AquaRec & will never give them any business again.

We do sell spa covers. Not sure if there are any that's used. U can give the Tacoma office a call . They can help you with that. I'm more of fireplace installer.
