A DIRECT AND LIFE SAVING REVIEW FOR SENIORS OR ANY PERSON WITH HEALTH ISSUES.THINKING OF T-MOBILE AS A CARRIER...PLEASE READAND GO ELSEWHERE: (Please note that this review is not about this store in particular but about the corporate philosophy they follow) I am a senior 76 with some medical issues. my hospital was supposed to call to schedule some tests. The hospital never called, so I thought I had come up clear. Actually the phone was broken which I did not know. I called T-Mobile and got some dimwit who made it far worse. It is now day 9 and the phone is actually worse than ever. They are aware of the medical importance and have clearly shown by hang ups and rude behavior that they this 76 year old is meaningless as a living breathing human. I could go on forever but the truth is in the pudding as they say IS THAT STILL AFTER 9 DAYS AND PLEADINGS MY PHONE IS WORSE AND ONE OF THEIR FLIPPAPINOS ACTUALLY CANCELLED A GO OVER. Your health and T-Mobiles concern are very different. They know about me but refuse to do anything. SO IF YOU ARE A SENIOR PLEASE DO NOT USE T-MOBILE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE MEDIAL ISSUES AS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY. BUT NOT ENOUGH TO PROTECT YOUR HEALTH. WE SENIORS NEED TO COVER FOR EACH OTHER= So Please do yourself and your family and loved ones and get another carrier. T-Mobile does rate just above the bottom in consumer reports satisfaction survey Also note the Owner reply. It is perfectly T-Mobile. No Name, just a blind email. So I give this store a one star for it's clear lack of personal client/customer care. That's all I need to know about using this store...not!!!

I don't think it's worth giving one star. Do you guys have any service training? The relationship between the bigger female employee there and the manager seems to be very good. Treat customers the way you two do. I was very offended by you guys language and attitude towards customers. This store is the worst of any store.

In continuation of my kaitlynlee77 and pamjuneya reviews I called customer care again and the lady told me there was a system failure at Tmobile for ppl who bought between Oct 21 and Dec 21 dropping insurances and adding automatically. Tmobile failed to educate its employee about the error and I almost bought a new phone out of pocket had I not called 1-800 to file hours' long complaints. Gavin does not own "his" store and he and Hailey had to go by his employee manual. If they don't want to, they need to open their own businesses. I know this is racism and discrimination because from the very beginning he was talking down on us (the 11th grade daughter agreed that he was) and was repeating what we were saying as if we are kids and he didn't understand. I am talking to my lawyer to request the video footage of Hailey's aggression.

I love my T-Mobile service, but the manager at this store was rude to other customers about wanting to close the store at 2:30 in the afternoon and then pretty much made us leave halfway though what we wanted to do so she could close up. T-Mobile is sending us my new phone to my house because of everything she did. I never want to deal with this Manager again. Good luck to anyone else that has to deal with her.
