If you're not open turn off your lights. Wasted time in line with others thinking you were open. All lights were on menu light was on. It's terrible. Waste of time and money. Such a bad experience. Stop wasting energy and turn off the lights.

This location is so inconvenient for food drivers. They have a sign saying carry out only. But doors stay looked they see you but act like they don’t see you. Then you call just for them to not answer. So your only option is to either cancel orders or stay in the very long drive through line. You guys need to do better.

This Jack in the Box is usually fine. The employees are sometimes less than stellar. On 2 occasions they have forgotten to give me back my debit card which is a little scary lol.
