I have to rave about this hotel because I don’t understand why it is only a 2.5 star because to be it deserves a 4! It is a great location in a beautiful neighborhood, four blocks from the ocean, around the corner from Main Street with great food and shops, right across the street is Taco Bell and Pizza Hut but the best place is Glory Days Grill and fresh amazing food and drinks and live music! Comfy new beds, so clean you can smell the clean in the halls even and amazing newer updates rooms! Great breakfasts and just super nice people and super Impresses! This will be my go-to place when I come!

I love this inn! It’s not super expensive and, yet has amazing amenities. The free breakfast is the best I’ve ever had from a hotel in my life! It’s delicious and, there are so many options. I also love their custom coffee machine located by the check in area! Seal Beach is super quiet and cute too. Plus there’s a Johns Philly grill right across from the Inn and, for me being a Philly native I appreciate a delicious food option close by. This is my go to place to stay when visiting Seal Beach!

This place is such a hidden gem. First off, the employees are so friendly and helpful. They really do make the stay that much more enjoyable. It's an older hotel that's been refurbished and is so nice and clean. It's a very comfortable place to stay. Plenty of onsite parking (included in the rate) The daily breakfast is small but you can get something for anyone to tide you over till lunch. It's a very short walk to main street. Think of a small town road lined with shops and cafes. So nice. It's in a fairly safe part of the city so no need to fret while walking around and seeing the sights. Closer to the water is always best in long beach. The room was clean and nicely appointed, especially for as reasonably priced as it is. It's about a 10 min drive to the cruise port if that's your final destination. There's a dozen restaurants within a 5 min walk and a shirt drive gets you to this awesome mall area near the marina.

I have been wanting to stay here since I stumbled upon it online a few years ago and read the reviews. I finally had the chance to stay the night before taking a cruise out of long Beach. They have a stay and sail package where you can park your car there and they shuttle you to and from the port. It's only $60 so it ended up being cheaper to stay there than to just park at the port. Plus there is an excellent continental breakfast. The place is absolutely spotless. Even the big fake fish on the ceiling are clean and free of any dust. ( I always look at ceilings to judge one's attention to detail.) Really cool coffee machine in the lobby, super nice people, and a great pool. Toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn! I smelled so nice! Will definitely stay there again!

I do not work for the Pacific Inn, but they have confirmed my booking via email in the past, if that's what you mean
@GPSMaven it's 2018, your beliefs are considered old school. This is called the question and answer board. If you can't handle people's questions, well then maybe you shouldn't answer them 🤷
Weekdays breakfast is served from 5:30-10:00am and Weekends from 6:30-11:00am. (copied right from their website)
They do charge $15 plus tax per hour extra you stay. It's really a good price and up to you how late you prefer to stay.. Some hotels charge about 1/2 of the night price for a couple of hours. Last time I stayed there I really took my time and enjoy the pool a little longer before check out.
Cafe setting that you serve yourself... Belgium waffles, omelettes, bacon/sausage, choice of cereal, orange/apple juice, milk & much more.
