If I could give less stars for their counter top i would. So the wife and I shopped around and even though HD wasn't the cheapest, we assumed that a reputable place like Home Depot would charge a little more but have professional people it works with. Dont make the same assumption! They took our money and immediately passed us along to Pacific Stone. They came and lazer measured our kitchen after a two and a half week wait and about another week and a half later, we recieved an email confirming receipt of our materials.... we are not 4 weeks into the process.... with no countertops. About two weeks later i called and they said, we have issues getting materials, it took a long time to come in, I forwarded the person on the other side of the phone the email from two weeks prior and she just said, "oh no problem, as soon as it comes in we can schedule." I was a bit upset by being put off. Today is May 23rd (we purchased the countertops on April 6) and they are installing and the stone looks nothing like the sample at Home Depoit nor does it look like the brochure picture. The Brochure has a backsplash with the stone that we recieved but we didn't get sold on the backsplash, we got sold on the sample and the stone on the brochure. Also, they guys lazer must have been broken because there is a 3/4" gap along the wall!!!! DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR COUNTERTOPS!!!

Bought a new samsung washer/dryer. Service was prompt and excellent. Did not have to wait for help. I have been to other Home Depots where no one is there to help. We were satisfied with our I purchase.

Super busy at 11am on a Saturday! Also, I could do without the sales vultures at the front door. I just came in to get my bucket and a few choice items. Back off, lady! However, the ones on the floor were very nice and helpful.
