I lived here for a year and I can honestly say it was GREAT!!...(Yea it may be located off Troost Ave, but i'ts like a hidden gem). I never had any issues with my neighbors, parking was easy and the best park is I am an Amazon guy, and never EVER had a missing package. Arlette the PM was friendly and responsive I had a couple maintenance issues here and there but nothing drug on for unacceptable amount of time. My mother and aunt both lived here when they first moved to KC before buying homes so I kept up tradition, and even referred friends and strangers to apply. I hate some ppl had bad experiences but I am glad to say my experience is pleasant, easy and comfortable.

This place is a joke The office lady had my mom to put Four hundred plus dollars on a unit Never called to even say it was ready. When my mom finally called her back she didn't want the unit another lady said she was keeping all the money it was her loss DON'T rent with these kind of people
