Michael Shaw is a true artist in every sense of the word, so I was introduced to Ol' Skool by his moving there from up North. I was VERY impressed with the shop, the professionalism, and the atmosphere. I love that you're not inundated with flash art on hinges when you walk in. Most people these days already know what they want when choosing something that will be on their body forever, so an overwhelming amount of flash is unnecessary. I VERY rarely give 5 stars (because I like to leave room for improvement, and the only way they could improve is if they had a bar....but I'm pretty sure that's illegal.) My favorite studio for sure, and those who know me known I've seen more than just a few. Highly recommended!
