I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times however be very careful when making a reservation and call back once a week to confirm. Their reservation process is HORRIBLE!! The owner is constantly deleting your reservation. On Feb 7 2022, I called and made a reservation for Feb 13. Requested the king room on the end, arrived and she states she doesn’t have me in the computer system but i showed her the call on my phone and she even found my call to her on HER phone. The king rooms was already taken so she offered us a regular room but without a discount. Needless to say, we left and went to another hotel. My friends have had issues with their reservations before but this was the first time for me.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice, Very clean rooms. Located directly across the street from the water, offers access to a fishing pier. Very reasonable rates for it's location. Already talking about going back next summer.

Super cute place! Very clean and very nice people! Has cute little kitchenettes with a 2 burner stove, decent sized fridge, microwave, kitchen sink. We can't wait to come back and check out the suite upstairs. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Colonial beach!
