Proper Approach

Do not bring gold valuables to this location if you plan to retrieve them in the future. This location is very unprofessional under new management. They put acid directly on the gold extremely amateur in nature and remedial. Lastly they scratch gold excessively when testing the gold. Save your time and choose a different location things have gone downhill during this pandemic period. You'll be disappointed dealing with certain not all employees lacking integrity, knowledge and accountability when handling your valuables. Bring back Mohammed!! Shalom

This would otherwise be a 5 star review. But the new assistant manager has no personal skills to deal with her clientele. I have been to this shop many many times over the last two years and have always had a great experience. Customer service is hard in this industry, and I understand that. I hope somebody takes this new manager under their wing and teaches her some customer service skills - and compassionate people skills as well. Her ability to diffuse is null. As a manager She should look to diffuse conflict. But all I have witnessed, is her ability to stoicly piss people off.

Great Customer Service From Eric! My Note 5 was stolen and I had called to see what their process or other pawn shops do to ensure a phone isn't stolen. He walked me through the entire process even though I wasn't a customer of his! Saved me much trouble and time of going through and calling pawn shops looking for my sprint phone.
