I tried to refrain from rating this place badly although. The line was crossed. I been a reoccurring customer for since. 2019. I never had an issue until now. I was excited to purchase the Louis Vuitton messenger bag for myself since I been wanting one for years. The heartbreaking moment was when I found out it was damaged when I got in my car. I immediately went back in the store to return the item to be told the item could not be returned or exchanged for another item worth the same value. The more disappointing thing is that they tried to accuse me of the damages. I firgured I would call the supervisor tomorrow early in the morning to have this hopefully settled. Ironically, the supervisor remembered me from yesterday. His name was Ed; or something with an E I believe. I tired to ask if I could exchange it and at first he was on board. Although; when I immediately went in he wasn't on board. I was skeptical. The terms he agreed on was if I had the receipt. Another thing is the employee and him never gave me a receipt. He refused to admit he was in the wrong for that as well. Which frustrated me more was he changed his story multiple times. First he said the receipt was given to my mom who was not present when I purchased the bag. Then he said he personally gave me the receipt which was wrong. I have a copy of every receipt and purchases I made since I came back out here since May 18th 2021 and even still have my itinerary. Finally; he said he watched he employee put the receipt in the bag. This was the 3rd lie. I even went the extent to ask if I purchased another bag the same value. Then use that receipt to exchange the other bag would you exchange it. He said " that's alot just to exchange a stupid bag" I told him your store policy doesn't allow you to sell damaged items. He said "The online store policy is full of lies and misrepresent the company." I find this difficult to believe; his actions displayed an unprofessional and deceitful manner. **BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN YOU PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS STORE.**

Best place to shop in Vegas start there before you go to the other stores you might save a ton of money. Took my granddaughter there she had a cart full of clothes that cost next to nothing that day compared to the retail stores on the strip and in the malls. I found a carry-on golf bag that retails for $250 I got for $9 it was an old bag but in great shape. Stuff for everybody there go look you'll be happy.
