By far one of the worse Motels we have ever visited. We showed up and got our room, staff was friendly. Room was very dirty and sheets on the bed were dirty, (staff did get clean sheets and place on the bed) floor was gritty and dirty. TV had no remote, advised to install an app on phone for the remote. Did the install still did not work correctly. Did stay the one night as we were tired travelers and sheets were clean now. Went to store and picked up cleaning supplies for floor and furniture. The window did not have curtains just a paper blind and the outside porch light flashed all night long. We used expedia to book the room and notified them of early check out in the morning. Checked out in the morning to find another motel by check out time. Management at the Vernon Inn refused to refund unused nights. Absolutely Do Not advise using this motel. Again we must say staff was nice, but everything else was beyond poor. We do not normally write poor reviews, but feel we must warn others of our encounter.

Staff was friendly up until time to leave. Room was not very clean and there was bugs in our room. We stayed multiple nights and not a single time was our room cleaned or more towels brought to us. Very run downed and needs to be updated. We the staff they have I am more than certain they can do it. It is great for one night but if your going to stay more than one go somewhere else!

This Motel was a lot nicer than I expected. It was very quiet. Very private. We stayed for 2 nights. There was some issues in the bathroom and.... I don't know if it was because we were on the end room, but the hot water tank was just.... there. There's not much to do in the area but the hotel owners were very helpful in finding some local cuisine. I'll defiantly be back. Was a great escape... on a budget.
