No rooms anywhere and I ended up here. Great staff and comfortable bed. Rooms could use a little maintenance. Overall I would stop here again.

The noise factor is unbearable, and although I paid extra to have my quiet dog with me, guests with multiple pets (against policy) were allowed in rooms nearby and their dogs would bark, scratch, and push at my door, (it actually opened once so the main lock didn’t even work properly), and I was awakened repeatedly. I was also bitten by a brown recluse spider (I took photos of it in the room), and was sick for days. I was guaranteed a two night refund from paying in advance yet checking out two days early, but then denied that refund after spending hours on the phone with so-called customer support who one moment would guarantee a refund and the next moment refuse after attempting to talk to the greedyi hotel owners/managers. Other than the cleanliness factor, (including the overwhelming odor of pine-sol), I have absolutely nothing remotely positive to report and will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. ***As for the response… I DID come to the desk and called multiple times and was mocked by the female Caucasian night clerk. I don’t blame you for the traffic noise but even my air/heat/fan unit in the room did not work properly. I had to reconfigure the misfunctioning controls constantly. You won’t claim responsibility for anything. I get it. I’m just a disabled widow trying to get a few nights worth of rest for the sake of my health but we’ll chalk it up to the interstate noise and not the spiders and bugs or the iffy locks and hit-or-miss a/c units and neighbors in another room ignoring your policies and not paying nearly as much as I did while observing your policies. Naw. It’s just me being a jerk who spent over 400 dollars for two nights in hell. Whatever. You know I’m not the problem and you, the front desk, guaranteed me a two night refund based on everything (including the fact I checked out two nights earlier than planned due to the constant chaos), but then you reneged which makes you liars, too. The money you made off my agony will curse you. I promise you that. You will have NOTHING when all is said and done. Sit and watch me work. Shiva ain’t got sh*t on me.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Rooms were ok. They have different set of rules for online booking guests than they do for on site guests. Which I feel is discrimination And as you can see for yourself with the comment below "JUST HOW PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL" The OWNER & STAFF are to the customers. You have a nice life and hopefully somewhere along the way you will learn EDUCATE AND RESPECTFULNESS.

We needed a last minute stay while traveling. We googled nearby hotels but everyone was booked for the night or too expensive. We decided to try this place and although it was basic comforts, it suited our needs for a place to lay our heads and a shower. Great price and convenient! Water was hot and all the basic necessities!
