Seems like the manager had staff that was not fully trained ,staff were confused during a small lunch rush. Wrong orders and incomplete orders but all in all most were not to up set

This DQ is amazing. They have very fast, friendly, & courteous employee's on every shift rather you go thru the drive thru or you dine in. I highly recommend trying them out if your in our area of Charlotte,TN. They even went as far as making me a coffee shake the way I was looking for one to taste, the results were AMAZING! Great food, great people/employees, and a super nice & friendly owner.

Had to wait 20 minutes to get my incompetent order. Repeated my order 3 times because employee just couldn't seem to comprehend what I was ordering. And still didn't get my total order. Wasn't charged for the one item I didn't get. She claims she didn't hear me. I told her 3 times what I wanted.

Normally I’m happy but today they left out 2 cheeseburgers. Called and they said come back, no give me credit. Can’t do that and hung up on me. What’s going on??
