My son and I were traveling and found this last minute. The service was great and there was breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and the ceiling looked pretty damaged (maybe a leak). The linens and bathroom really was clean but for the price I was a bit surprised by the disrepair of the room.

Very clean comfortable and quiet. Back of my truck loaded with tools , watermelons, coolers and was still there the next morning. Great place to stay.

Remember folks, this is a Super 8 and not a 5 star hotel. If you have proper expectations you will be very satisfied with this Super 8. We had an excellent experience with check in. I requested to see the room before we checked in and the gentleman had no problem with that, even offered to show us a few rooms. Customer service was A+. The place smells pleasant, which is a huge deal for me. The first room we looked at was enough for us to say yes. Clean bed, clean bathroom. Those are my two must haves with a budget room. The decor is dated but I have no problem with that. The ONLY thing I would "nitpick" was the water pressure in the bathroom sink. It was basically non existent. Made for a challenge brushing my teeth. Shower on the other hand was perfect! I could have stayed in there for hours. I will stay at this location for our next weekend visit.

Enjoyed the friendly staff and beds were comfy, room was cleaned and everything in working order. We came to tube or as we say shoot the hooch. Afterwards we returned to the hotel and we enjoyed our stay at the pool. They were very kind and accommodating. They are under remodel and new ownership and you can tell he cares about his establishment and customers. If we return to the area we will be staying at this location. Good luck to the new owner.
