Over priced for what you get. Don’t ever ask for a suite…they will up charge you for the only difference of having a couch in the room rather than a chair. Outside looks creepy and hallways aren’t inviting. Curtains in the room is beyond filthy with black marks all over them. Beds were sleep able but that’s all they got going for them.

Walked in our room at 1800 and it was rank with a super strong weed smell. Since checkout was at 1100, it wasn't the previous occupants. Marquee says great breakfast. I never count on a great breakfast since all I need is some toast and some fruit. However, this was far from a great breakfast. Bread was stale. Fruit was eh. Juice was warm. Pastry was packaged muffins. The noise at 0030 was ridiculous. Pounding on doors. Trucks backing up outside our window. Car stereos blaring. Kids calling out for parents in the hallway. One thing I can say positively is that the room did seem fairly clean. The place is rundown, but there were no critters skittering when the lights came on.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! After booking through Hotels.com, an Expedia Brand, around noonish I received a confirmation email that said my check-in window was 3p-11a and that if i was to arrive after midnight to call and inform the hotel and i would be greeted upon arrival. I did so and arrived at 3a.m. to be told my room was resold and my stay cancelled by the hotel. I have gone through 20+ hours back and forth between hotel management and hotels.com only to be told I would be paying for this stay, reason: customer cancelled. This is absolutely ludacris! I will be engaging with every possible entity that I am legally allowed to either receive a full refund or cost this company and all parties involved SIGNIFICANTLY more than the few dollars are worth. I have been spat on at every turn throughout this entire process. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Ended up staying 2 nights in 2 different rooms so I had a slightly different, experience each night. Service wasn't bad, but not allowing ANY leniency on a late check out was rough. Hallways and stairwells weren't exactly clean, and around the outside of the building looked like everyone's break area and hadn't been cleaned. Some doors didn't work with the key card so I had to walk around the building. Room 1 - ceiling texture in the bathroom was coming off, the shower curtain rod was almost falling so the curtain sagged to the middle. Rest of the room was fine. Room 2 - possibly the oldest wall A/C unit that was missing pieces and didn't work on High setting, so took a while to get the room comfortable. If you're towing I recommend parking in back and if possible park facing ready to leave. Check to make sure you have space before going behind as it's a walled in turn to get back there. If not park at the strip mall next door.
