Terrible service. Went in, 1 other customer being served, and there were literally 5 employees there doing 'stuff', not a single, "We'll be with you shortly...", "hold on a sec", no acknowledgement... not even a screw off, we are too busy for you, well I guess that could be what the lack of acknowledgement was. Guess they must be killing it though to be able to fund 5 employees to not bothering to service their customers. After about 5 minutes, just walked out, took my business elsewhere. Thanks BR, my 'other' dessert was great

Visited this location for the first time today and left feeling like they won my pratonage. The owner is such a sweet generous lady who took great care in helping my 4yr old choose the perfect cake for her birthday. Absolutely recommend this icecream shop and I plan to return many times over.

This is a nice and clean location in Fremont with a friendly lady behind the counter. Our order was made correctly and she asked us for options and took the time to get it right. My only complaint was that the waffle cone was not crispy enough for being freshly baked. It wasn't too busy in the afternoon and we could sit down and enjoy our ice cream !! Overall a well maintained franchise.
