If I could give them a negative star, I would !! I stayed at this nasty hotel. They don’t clean ,I don’t think they have an Vacuum !! I stayed with my kids in queen room . My friend had 2 rooms, All 3 rooms were nasty and not clean ! Thank god, we brought our own blankets. My room had no phone like the other 2 rooms. I had a tv and cable box but the whole time I was there the cable didn’t work. The manager when I asked for discount he stated that he had 3 rooms out of cable. I told him I should get a discount . He said I should be blessed for the room I paid for. What Blessed ?? My friends paid $55 a night . I paid $72 . I’m blessed ! I asked him the last night if I could stay later. After 2 nights not having cable. Check out time is 11:30 Am I asked to stay until 1 or 2 pm. He said no cause of cleaning. So I understood . Even if u can’t check in until 2 pm . Anyways he allowed me to stay until 12:30 pm but the whole few minutes they knocked asked when I was leaving. Also well I was there I asked for more towels. I had to wait cause they told me all of the towels in the hotel was in the dryer. So I waited The towels I got back had dark spots on them and red lipstick all over them. I thought that is what bleach is for . Then I asked for small trash bags. The person at the desk gave me several told me before I left to change the trash. Do I look like housekeeping. So I did put all of my trash in big trash bag. I made a point to put an trash bag in the 2 small trash bags. I put all the towels together in the shower. When first going in the room. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was hair in the shower. Nothing was wiped down. The refrigerator had an smell in it when u opened it up. The bedspread had an stains along with sheets. The problem with tv, very upsetting ! The manager said he was the cheapest in the area. I can see why! Thank god , my friend had her Roku and I bought my laptop for my kids ! Don’t spend money on a hotel that smells. It isn’t clean ! You may have Tv or Phone If u are blessed !! Be lucky , They are the the cheapest place !! Never will spend money here 2 days $72 Really

Beds were comfy, staff was friendly. The walls are a bit thin cause I could hear a whole conversation going on in the room next to us, but once we turned the fan on, it didn't bother us so bad. And the toilet paper is too far away from the toilet, I guess that was a design flaw 🤣 But we had a good stay overall, would book again.

Positive: It was only about 5 miles up from Ft. Payne. The staff were always friendly. They had a breakfast area. We were in a handicap room so our room was quite roomy. Negative: The room was clean, but the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. It was a non-smoking room, but there was a smoke smell in the room (previous people? or possibly being pulled in from outside?) These are very minimal issues. Good deal for the price!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The amount of hot water made it all worth it. My only complaint was the bathroom, not so much on the clean side, hair left in the tub, the floor needed to be swept, and the dried pee on the side of the toilet. Other than that the room was among some of the better that I have had, especially for the price.
