The border officers are always nice, however, the building and traffic flow into the gate crossing itself are terrible. No Nexus is awful at baseline. Add to that the fact that the Canadians do not prevent people from cutting in on their part of the road, and others exploiting the duty free loop hole, and this makes for one extremely long wait. I went through on a busy Sunday afternoon. There was one regular lane open, at minimum two lanes should be open during a busy time. They need to open more lanes or do something. This feels like a third world country in terms of inefficiency and the poorly maintained building.

Very nice staff both side of boarder my van battery died while waiting first in line before boarder opens officers come and push to side then I went to CBSA they bring portable jump start and helped me thanks officers

This border crossing was super efficient, and the officer was very kind. Since there was no traffic, I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes.

Going from USA to Canada their is a lane open for limited hour's depending on the day. Their is no dedicated NEXUS lane going from Canada to USA. We cross almost daily.

Absolutely You can't only commercial trucks crossing border
It is only essential traffic right now and not looking like Ny good till next year if the border is open. I would suggest. Is contact the us canada border people. Explain to them. And hopefully be able to help you. Get papers of proof also..good luck and post here for youf results
Yes. You just have to designate it as your port of entry. Keep in mind it isn't a 24 hour crossing.

You can walk across, you just need to go inside with your passport when you get there.
