I've fully enjoyed staying here. The management is super. If you need anything they'll help you with it. The rooms are clean and roomy and the beds are comfortable. My little dogs love it too. The breakfast is awesome especially the fresh hot waffles you can make yourself. Thank you for such a wonderful stay 😎.

Positive: It was close to where I had an event. Even though it was incredibly dirty it didn't smell dirty. I actually commented on that making me paranoid when I walked in because places that overcompensate for grime usually mask it with fragrances. Negative: DIRTY; It was soooo dirty that our white socks were instantly black. There were roaches and the front desk staff were condescending. The walls are super thin to the point that you can hear every footstep and movement in bed of the person above you.

The place was so clean and smelled clean. The front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful. When we finally got to the room it smelled so clean as well. It wasn't a bleach clean, but more of a disinfected fresh clean. The room never got a musty dirty smell the whole time we were there. For breakfast I felt like a kid going to school, it was in a brown paper bag. I know it was due to covid and keeping everyone safe, and I really liked their method. Also, they had these two full body massage chairs you could use for $1. This place was amazing and I'm definitely staying here again when in in the area.

I survived! If your a parent of a student at Saint Leo this place is NO! I recently booked a weekend stay because they advertise a 25% discount however; when I checked In they explained to me that it wouldn't be honored because the reservation was made through a third party(travel velocity). So if you want the discount you have to book directly through the hotel. The room itself was dark and dirty with roaches and mildew in the bathrooms. My Socks turned black from walking on the carpets. The complementary breakfast was not what you would expect or call breakfast. People fixing old cars in the parking lot and the cleaning staff was not friendly at all. Front desk gentleman was wearing slides not shoes with no uniform. None of the front staff had uniforms or name tags.
