Burger King used to be one of my favorite restaurants to go into but now the food is always lukewarm the french fries are not hot and crispy but that's with all these fast food restaurants anymore the food is just slapped together but they do have 50 cent ice cream cones which is really great and they're not skimpy on the ice cream I take the grandkids there a lot for ice cream and French fries that is a treat for them

So I went through the drive up and ordered jalapeño bites 2, 8 piece orders. I received the 8 piece orders and after driving almost home I find I've got 5 fresh bites and the rest were nasty stale old bites. So I called burger King and talked to the manager and she wasn't rude and agreed to let me come the next day and get fresh ones. I'm just not understanding why they weren't like that in the first place. So just to let everyone know if u go to burger King and get the bites make sure u tell them u want them fresh...

I'm old school you could never go wrong at Burger King at least the ones I have experience.. I see some Burger King's businesses look like it's slow I don't understand it maybe I need to work for them and boost up their sales . The other hamburger places at war's stuff on their burgers but are you tasting the burger or you tasting the stuff that's on it at Burger King you get that backyard grill taste which is good . I'm a true Burger King fan and you can have it your way

Fresh Food. Friendly Staff. Quick and Efficient! My husband and I stopped going to BKs bc everytime no matter what something went wrong or they said they eye closed but were supposed to be open. We even did a cpl mobile orders at different locations and when we arrived we were basically told that they didn't take the perks yet and Sry. If we wanted good from them we would need to order and pay AGAIN! And would need to call corporate to get out refund back for the mobile order... So like I said we just stopped going.... UNTIL NOW! We love this store. Wished it was closer to our home.. lol
