Tiyana is the worse cashier I’ve ever had the dismay of meeting. No type of customer service what so ever. Did not greet me did not help at all with any questions and straight up lied when I asked if there was a bathroom there. If your that unhappy in your job find somewhere else to work plenty of places are hiring. I don’t know if she was have a bad night or what but her energy killed my vibe. I’ll drive a little further to go to a different cvs next time.

Today I attended for medical attention and rule out COVID, the medical attention and reception has been excellent and also in the pharmacy. I have received treatment and I was surprised that they did not even charge for the medical consultation. We appreciate the attention.

I've been to the pharmacy three times, different employees, twice at the minute clinic. Everytime the women there were unprofessional and rude from the start. At "hi" they already had an annoyed and inconvenienced attitude. Like, do they know they are there to work. It's not a social event. Do yourself a favor and avoid that pharmacy and minute clinic at all costs. They closed early once and refused to even answer my questions. I had scheduled an appointment online and when i got there they refused to acknowledge me. They just kept on walking and laughing. Once I was in the car line to pick up my Rx. By the time I reached the window it was 9:03, the lady at the window put up the closed sign and refused to give me my Rx. She said I had to come back tomorrow during regular business hours. Worst service ever.

I was there on 1/29/2022 and for one prescription that I need and my insurance doesn't cover and the prices are over thousand. The pharmacist Kumar find another medication similar for me, spoke with my doctor for a verbal prescription and another lady I don't know her name help me also with the translate. That's employees makes the difference and do an amazing job!!
