Made an agreement with them for discounted prices. Went over how much discount for each product I was interested in. Wrote prices down, took notes. They honored our agreement for first few times then refused this last time. Yah I get it, you don’t want to give discounts. But don’t make an AGREEMENT then pull a bait and switch. I said “But that’s what we agreed on and I come in once a week”. He says “Well I have customers that come in once a day”. When people show you who they are, you gotta believe them. Never going back. I took my business to another smoke shop so fast.

This place is great. I've been helped my numerous members of their staff since I found them, a little over a year ago, and everyone has been friendly, helpful and quick to assist or acknowledge me if they're busy. The store is now larger then when I first starting visiting them but the selection has always been tremendous. I'm pretty sure anything you seek, they have, and if they don't have what you seek specifically, they probably do in some form. Prices are decent and the items I've been there for, aren't over priced. They also have some pretty cool pieces. The shop stays open fairly late, 11pm, which is ideal for me but also offers abundant parking, which is decently lit and is easy to find. It also in a convenient location and not too far from the freeway either (I mention this more so for those who live further away, incase you want to see what they have). Last of all, I've been to most of the smoke shops in Hillsborough County and will say that this is one of the handful of shops that I would actually recommend, based on the huge selection and pricing alone. Definitely worth a visit to check them out!
